Kelle Sparta, is a transformational shaman and the author of The Over-Achiever’s Guide to Nailing Your Spiritual Growth In Record Time – a 30,000-foot overview of the process of healing and growth. She has been studying personal growth and development, magick, religion, energy work, manifestation, and more since she was 5 years old. Her mother said she was talking to ghosts in her crib. Kelle is the host of the internationally popular podcast Spirit Sherpa where she doles out advice on all things energy, magic, and the spirit world (with a healthy dose of personal evolution). Kelle has been coaching professionally since 1996, running retreats since 1998, and running online courses since 2005. She is knowledgeable in chakras, sound healing, energy healing, energy protections, magick, shamanic practices, Wiccan practices, Chinese medicine, world religions, trauma recovery, and more. She is a psychic, a healer, a medium, a channel, and an empath. She is a Reiki Master Teacher who created her own attunements. Kathy Scheiern, Ph.D., is a transformational shaman who did her Ph.D. work in codifying what it takes to create lasting transformation in groups. She researched and formulated a structure for transformation that served as the foundation of her thesis. She brings that knowledge as well as over 30 years of study in personal growth, transformation, magick, and more.
She was the publisher of Mezlim magazine, a premier magickal publication that was so significant that it is on file at two different Universities (Duke and UCSB). She co-founded a magickal tradition. She and her team ran the premier transformational retreats for advanced practitioners for 19 years.
Kathy is skilled in Family, Structural, and Organizational Constellation Work. She is a certified Energy Scan practitioner, a skilled energy worker, and a spirit communicator. Kathy is intuitive, insightful, and sure to break you out of whatever place you’re stuck in.
Kathy is also experienced in large corporate environments. She was the American Division Controller of a Fortune 500 company and has been a licensed CPA and International Auditor. So if you are running a large corporation or operating within one, she can help you navigate the waters.

Your Journey Begins With An Energy Scan
In order for your coach to know where you are in your spiritual growth process, you will begin with an energy scan that will determine what blocks you are currently facing. Your coach will do a scan of your aura and the 7 chakras. This scan will take place over Zoom with the video off, so you are certain that your coach is reading your energy field and not your micro-expressions or body language.
Your scan will also give your coach an opportunity to test your energy field to see which issues to address first for the most efficient path to your evolution.
Energy scans take between 60-90 minutes depending on what blocks are found and how many questions you have.
If you are a business owner, you can upgrade your energy scan to also include how your personal issues are impacting your business. You can discuss this option at the time you have your initial discovery call about the program.

Wow……. I am still sitting with and moved very deeply from Kelle Sparta’s [and Kathy Scheiern’s] workshop over the weekend. It was outstanding. She and her leadership and training skill and presentation skills, and what she had to deliver, were EXQUISITE…only word that could match it. …Practical, personal, spiritual and emotional tools and guidance to make it all work. really. Group Coaching Calls Twice Each Month
This program will include Zoom video group coaching calls. You can also call in via phone if you need to. If you cannot make a call, you can send an email with your questions to your Coach the day before the call and your Coach will answer them on the call.
All calls are recorded so you can watch them later.
Private Discussion Group
You will be added to a private Facebook group that will include everyone in your program. This is a small group (max 15 people). Everyone will be asked to agree to confidentiality before being allowed to enter the group. Your coach will use this group for dropping in content that is relevant to the conversations had on previous calls. You can use this group to find your community, establish and cement relationships, and support one another. Who knows? You might even find your next joint venture partner here.

Case Study #1
Kelle was speaking with an herbalist. The herbalist was talking about challenges with getting her business going. In the course of a few sentences, Kelle was able to identify a belief she was previously unaware of. Kelle energetically tuned into her energy as she spoke about her business and intuited that the herbalist believed that she had to choose between having money and being healthy. This was keeping her from launching her business. Instead she was paying lots of money for certification after certification in “getting ready” to launch. She had invested in her belief that she didn’t know enough. All because she didn’t want to give up her hard-earned health to make money. Kelle coached her through debunking that belief and releasing its components. Within moments of this realization landing, her fears around “not good enough” fell away. She realized that as an herbalist, she could identify and follow a path that gave her BOTH health AND wealth. With this new focus, she is now stepping forward into launching her business.
Case Study #2
Kathy was working with an organizational consultant in Hong Kong who was facilitating the merger of two departments of a company (Mainland China and Hong Kong branches). The groups had collectively lost a big client due to infighting and lack of cohesiveness. In order for new business to come in and be sustained by the firm, they needed to get past their animosity towards one another and create a cohesive approach to serving their clients. The organizational consultant needed to quickly bring two very different company cultures together into a single focus. Kathy worked with the organizational consultant to create a ritual that allowed the two groups to release their prior ways of being and then come together under a new cultural construct that included both groups. The result was a stronger, more focused and connected organization that was able to take on new business with ease.
