Returns, Cancellations, and Refund Policy

Online Classes

There are no refunds for online classes.  Once booked, you are committed to the class.  You may transfer from one class to another if you need to change your start date, but to help you keep your commitment to yourself, we do not refund the program costs under any circumstances.

Event Cancellations

Non-Sold-Out Events

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days Prior to Event – Full Refund less a 10% admin fee
  • Cancellations made 10-59 days Prior to Event – 50% Refund
  • Cancellations made Less than 10 days Prior to Event – No Refund / No Transfer

Sold-Out Events

  • Once an event is sold out, then the space you are holding is one that is denying someone else space.  There are no full refunds after an event sells out.
  • All cancellations made after the sold out date but before 10 days will be 50% refund
  • All cancellations made after the sold out date and less than 10 days Prior to Event – No Refund / No Transfer

Returns

All Product and Online Course Sales are Final unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Sale items

Sale items have the same refund policy as regular items unless otherwise stated on the page.
