Waking up in the morning totally refreshed, ready to take on a new day. Going through an entire day doing exactly what you want to do, when you want to do it, and not worrying about other people judging you for it. Imagine not having the constant din of questions and inner judgments shouting in your head, amping up your anxiety levels. Imagine feeling like you have just enough to do and no stress about doing it.
You might think this is some fairy tale, but it doesn’t have to be. This life could be yours, if you’re willing to do the work and be really honest with yourself.
You could have this life much sooner than you think.
Even if you’ve tried and failed before.
How Do I Do It?
In this program, you and your coach will address the following issues:
- Judgment (inner and outer)
- Lack of Boundaries
- Energy Drainers
- Energetic issues that create anxiety
And you’ll put in place the foundation for self love in your life. Want to know what self love is? It’s not self esteem. Self esteem means that you believe you are competent to run your own life. Self-love means you believe you have value as a person even if you are doing nothing, contributing nothing.
Did your brain just go blank trying to wrap itself around that idea? Yeah, it happens to all my peeps, you’re not alone.
The core of the issue is that your childhood wasn’t great. It caused you to see the world as an unsafe place. As such, you’re constantly on guard for something to go wrong – constantly afraid someone will find fault with you.
In short, you’re like a soldier who has been in the field for 20, 30, 40+ years with no break. He’s a little trigger happy (better safe than sorry, right?) and he’s exhausted. Sound familiar?
Yep – you’re in survival mode. Everything is assumed to be an attack until proven otherwise.
No wonder you have no energy left. It’s all going into this constant readiness state.
But you’re not under attack all the time anymore. In fact, life is actually pretty good if you can take a step back and see it objectively. But you’re still seeing it as a battlefield. So you can’t let your guard down, can’t let love in, can’t let yourself relax.
This is not a healthy way to be, but you don’t know how to fix it.
I’ve been where you are and I’ve found the way out. I’ve even streamlined the process for you so it doesn’t take you as long to recover as it did for me.
You’re incredibly strong – you wouldn’t be here if you weren’t. And I know that asking for help is not something you do well. But let me help you.
