Inner Peace 101


Waking up in the morning totally refreshed, ready to take on a new day.  Going through an entire day doing exactly what you want to do, when you want to do it, and not worrying about other people judging you for it.  Imagine not having the constant din of questions and inner judgments shouting in your head, amping up your anxiety levels.  Imagine feeling like you have just enough to do and no stress about doing it.

You might think this is some fairy tale, but it doesn’t have to be.  This life could be yours, if you’re willing to do the work and be really honest with yourself.

You could have this life much sooner than you think.

Even if you’ve tried and failed before.

Have you:

  • Read a ton of books and learned some cool stuff that helps you on the outside, but you still feel the same (stressed, anxious, overwhelmed) on the inside
  • Gone to some workshops, maybe even a retreat or two, and your stress goes down for a week or two but then it’s back again
  • Even tried therapy – again, it worked for a while and then it stopped

Then you’re in the same boat with most of the clients I work with.  They all had the same experience before starting this program and all of them felt better after completing it.

How do I do it?

In this program, you and your coach will address the following issues:

  • Fear
  • Judgment (inner and outer)
  • Worry
  • Dread
  • Anxiety

And you’ll put in place the foundation for self love in your life.  Want to know what self love is?  It’s not self esteem.  Self esteem means that you believe you are competent to run your own life.  Self-love means you believe you have value as a person even if you are doing nothing, contributing nothing.

Did your brain just go blank trying to wrap itself around that idea?  Yeah, it happens to all my peeps, you’re not alone.

The core of the issue is that your childhood wasn’t great.  It caused you to see the world as an unsafe place.  As such, you’re constantly on guard for something to go wrong – constantly afraid someone will find fault with you.

In short, you’re like a soldier who has been in the field for 20, 30, 40+ years with no break.  He’s a little trigger happy (better safe than sorry, right?) and he’s exhausted.  Sound familiar?

Yep – you’re in survival mode.  Everything is assumed to be an attack until proven otherwise.

No wonder you have no energy left.  It’s all going into this constant readiness state.

But you’re not under attack all the time anymore.  In fact, life is actually pretty good if you can take a step back and see it objectively.  But you’re still seeing it as a battlefield.  So you can’t let your guard down, can’t let love in, can’t let yourself relax.

This is not a healthy way to be, but you don’t know how to fix it.

Over 6 weeks you’ll get:

Online Learning Platform


You’ll get access to the learning platform which will deliver your content to you on a weekly basis.  Each week, the new content will be delivered for you.  This content includes videos, audios, written content and assignments for you to complete to help you implement the work into your life.

Three Group Coaching Calls

This program will include three Zoom video group coaching calls.  You can also call in via phone if you need to. If you cannot make a call, you can send an email with your questions to your Coach the day before the call and your Coach will answer them on the call.

All calls are recorded and uploaded into Google Drive so you can watch them later.

Secret Facebook Group

You will be added to a secret Facebook group that will include everyone in your program.  This group will not be able to be searched and the contents of the course are not available to anyone other than those in the class and your instructors. Everyone will be asked to agree to confidentiality before being allowed to start the course. Coach, Steven Black, Spirit Doctor(TM), Kelle Sparta, and transformational shaman, Kathy Scheiern, will log in to this group periodically to answer questions.

Doing the Permanent Stress Reduction program was the smartest thing that I have ever done. Being a college professor, I have to deal with all sorts of people on a daily basis and I spent more time than I would like to admit replaying interactions and conversations in my head; analyzing my own behavior for where I sounded stupid or wondering if I had said the right thing to get the person in front of me to like me.
