Walkabout 2002 – Going Homeless, again

So, as of Saturday, I’m homeless again. I’ll be bouncing from Sam’s to Daniel’s to Janice and Tim’s. No big change, just the addition of a stop actually. And I don’t get a room to set up my stuff in anymore. It’s not like I had a lot set up anyway now that I think about it.

I’m working for Tony Santos again. Just for a few days, but it’s some extra cash. That’s a good thing since my unemployment runs out in three weeks. I’m back in with the old stuff I used to do though and I always made ends meet before, so there should be no worries now either.

Job hunt seems to be stalled. Everyone who was interested is not calling me back. Not sure what is up with that. I’m being patient though because I know there has to be a reason. I keep sending new resumes out too. Eventually, something has to show up. Janice is working on getting an overnight shift for me at the local women’s shelter. Getting paid to sleep and handle emergencies. I can do that…

I’m getting my game together and forming the final player list. I have to get a copy of the Mage book so that I can actually write the plot and put together characters.

I’m getting lots of little things taken care of. Touch-up paint for my car (courtesy of the glass place that dented my door), the last of the Mystical Times paperwork completed, cleaning up old relationship stuff, etc. I’m clearing way for something. Just not sure what that something is yet…
