Well I did well at the first interview, although I am really surprised this was the case since the guy said we were going out to lunch and then kept me talking in the office from 11am-1:30pm — no lunch. Hypoglycemic girl hit blood sugar crash about an hour before the interview was over. Not good, but good enough to get to the next stage it seems. Good thing I can talk real estate in my sleep.
So now it’s on to the regional manager this week and the other owner (who’s out of town this week) next week. If I pass the test then I get to get licensed in MA and start learning a whole new territory so I can teach it to my newbie recruits I have to bring in. That means I’ll have to do some selling also so that I can meet the other agents and brokers in the area and understand how they are to cobroke with. Sigh. I’m back in real estate after all.
Also have a phone interview for a District Sales Manager position for Avon. We’ll see if that holds any interest.
At least I’m getting calls…
