Walkabout 2002 – Open Communication and Honesty

Open communication and honesty – it’s not easy, but as you’ll see, it’s worth it!

Things are shifting and growing for Daniel and I. I am not certain where it is going. It excites me and terrifies me all at the same moment. I am loathe to say too much at this time because I want to see what my visit brings and where it takes us along the path. Better to let it be organic. I am pleased with the conversation we had last night and the understandings that came out of it. It seems right. This being totally honest thing is hard, but it is worth it.

Now all that remains is to test the waters and see if the pool we filled is the right temperature for both our comfort. The good news is that the hot and cold water faucets are within easy reach for any adjustments that might need to be made. Open communication and honesty. Who would’ve thunk it was so easy?
