Walkabout 2002 – Last thoughts before heading out

I’m heading up to my cousin’s today in VA. Should be a 10-12 hour drive. I’ll be leaving in about an hour after I shower and pack the last of my stuff. I did a reading for myself last night and started opening up to the universe again. Why I thought I would be allowed time off during the period between Sawain and Yule is beyond me. It’s always the time when things speed up for me. But, hey, I could be wrong. I’m going to head to VA and see where it takes me. There’s the peace march on Washington tomorrow and I’m going to try to talk Anna into going. I may come up with a connection there, regardless I’d like to be there.

Talked to Anne last night and she told me that I got a letter from the bankruptcy court saying they were dismissing my case because I didn’t make the last two payments. I can’t believe I forgot. I went to the hearing and when it was over, I completely spaced anything else about it. I felt I was done and then I just put it out of my mind. Stupid! Damn! I hate it when I do that. So I’ll be calling today to beg forgiveness and the chance to make it right. We’ll see what happens.

So that’s it for now. I’ll check in when I can.
